Customer e-Invoice Request Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and requirements for customers to request a LHDN-compliant e-Invoice in accordance with Malaysia’s national e-Invoicing framework.

Customers eligible to request an e-Invoice include: Business entities with a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) / Individuals requesting for tax deduction or business claim purposes.

Customers must submit their e-Invoice request within 3 calendar days from the date of transaction or payment.

Upon receiving complete and accurate details, we will issue and submit the e-Invoice to the MyInvois system within 3 working days. A validated copy will be sent to the customer via email.
⚠️ Important Notes
- E-Invoices cannot be issued for cash sales without sufficient buyer information.
- All e-Invoices will be submitted to LHDN and are fully compliant with tax reporting standards.
- No backdated e-Invoices will be processed beyond the allowed request window.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
